Period A from 04.08 to 18.08 Period B from 28.07 to 04.08 from 18.08 to 25.08 Period C from 07.07 to 28.07 from 25.08 to 01.09 Period D from 18.06 to 07.07 from 01.09 to 15.09 Christmas and Easter Period E from 26.05 to 18.06 from 15.09 to 22.09 Period F all other period

Prices DO NOT include: - Final cleaning: euro 30,00 - Air conditioning: euro 5,00 per day - Heating: euro 10,00 per day - Sheets and Towels euro 15,00 per person A discount of 5%.  will be applied for two  consecutive weeks  during the Period A. A discount of 10%  will be applied for two consecutive weeks for all the other periods. SPECIAL RATES WILL BE APPLIED TO THOSE WHO  will reserve  the whole property and/ or will rent one apartment for long periods

Methods of payment: 30% of total amount at the booking moment Please send the payment notification by fax to: +39.010.389596 (the reservation will be valid when the notification is received). The remaining 70%  has to be paid on arrival and a deposit € 200.00 is required.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments will be available from 16.00 (you can deposit your luggage in advance).
Check-out: the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am
